Cannoli
All our cannoli shells are made fresh by our partner in Brisbane and fiilled daily with a delicious mix using Ricotta cheese with a combination of orange rind, vanilla essence and icing sugar, topped with either crushed pistachio nuts, chocolate chips or stawberry slices - dusted with more icing sugar! A genuine Sicilian treat, for sure!
Panini
The plural of 'Panino' (or 'Sandwich') in Italian, this quintressential favourite has a varition to suit all tastes, from the classic Caprese (Tomato, Basil, Fiore di Latte cheese, basil pesto and Rocket) to our Carne - Mortadella, Leg Ham, Salami and Prosciutto on a smothering of red pesto, topped with Italian cheese. Take them fresh or toasted, panini is a fantastic all-rounder.
